Cancellation Policy

To avoid our cancellation fee, please give us at least 12 hours notice. If appointment is cancelled without at least 12 hours notice or NO notice, you will be charged for the FULL price of the service. If appointment is cancelled within 12 hours notice, you will be charged 1/2 price of the service. This policy is in place out of respect for our therapists and our clients. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice are difficult to fill and prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
